You can:

• download the mailhog windows executable here
• or use WS2L with your favorite distro ( ubuntu, debian, etc), and follow the guideline concerning mailhog / mhsendmail on unix systems.

If none of those satisfy your need, you can build mailhog from docker or Dockerfile.
