Nothing showing up on Readwise

Hi,
I have tried October on Win11 and I get a INFO Successfully uploaded bookmarks to Readwise but I can't seem to find my highlights on Readwise. now, it might be me that can't find them..?

I'm using a Kobo Clara BW.

I'm getting this from the terminal:

I'm no expert at all but the logs look fine to me. So something else might be wrong?
I've started the software with and without administrator privileges.

I hope this is plenty of info for the issue, otherwise let me know.

Hi @FidelDelgado808,

Can you clarify a bit more about not being able to find highlights? Are you just missing some highlights or all of them?

I can see from those logs that you have 10 books but 5 are considered to be purchased from the Kobo Store so unless the appropriate setting is checked, only highlights from the 5 sideloaded books will be uploaded to Readwise.

According to the logs, there were no errors either so assuming the API key is for the right account, it all seems to be functioning properly at a glance

I'm missing all of my highlights.
I did some testing and ended up deleting every e-book I had, except for two—one is a paper on design, and the other is an e-book.

However, it still registers the old ones and shows that I have 10 items: 5 sideloaded and 5 official.
I tried rebooting the Kobo, but no luck.

Now, I'm getting a different error:

All i did was delete e-books and reboot my Kobo. I hope this is helpful for debugging. Still nothing going to Readwise.

Hey @FidelDelgado808,

Is this Kobo a new device that you obtained recently? I've occasionally seen this malformed image warning with new Kobos although I haven't been able to replicate it. October itself doesn't edit the Kobo database so it can't cause a malformed DB. In the past, I've manually fixed the database using some repair tools for a couple of users but perhaps I should add this ability to October itself given it has popped up a couple of times now.
