[Feature Request] Add settings for remote account

Any way you could integrate the settings portion of the webui into the app? I know I can start, stop and delete torrents, but I was wondering if finer control of the global settings was possible. Specifically I'd love to be able to adjust bandwidth settings, or en/dis -able the scheduler from inside the app. Thanks in advance, and great work on the app!
