CSV file instead of icons-gmap-osmand.pdf

Hello,
using this python script, I added a little GUI and all works fine.
The issue is that the iconDictionary is inside the script.
Every time you need a new icon you have to search and read in the icons-gmap-osmand.pdf.
Than you must add the new translation/mapping in the sourcecode.

Please give the users instead of the icons-gmap-osmand.pdf a csv-file or something like this.
It would be possible to let python search in the csv-file.
And it is easier to enter, search, sort and update some values in a csv as in the code of the script.

so .... it seems that it is not so easy but maybe you have an idea.

the file was done in gdocs so I can export it as xmls only. Cms is not possible. I couldn't find this option. But regardless to xmls or csv the problem is icons are shown via image function that doesn't work in csv ir even openoffice.

I attached file in zip for you.
please verify what you can do it.
Additionally I can add info that

gicons are shows by image function and likn like =image("https://mt.google.com/vt/icon/name=icons/onion/SHARED-mymaps-container_4x.png,icons/onion/1501-shape_diamond_4x.png&highlight=9C27B0,ff000000&scale=2.0")
and osmand icons
