Master Contract - Chaotic Situation

I have loged in to the app as well as broker. Still the master contract download is pending. I repeated logout and log in to ensure nothing from my end.

Cases:

1. I have a deployed strategy that was running. I saw a message warning that the strategy will work after the master contract is downloaded. The worst part is there is no strategy stop button. I surprisingly seen that the strategy started working from 9 am as its MCX exchange.

I was unable to stop the strategy as its running in the background.
This is a chaotic situation.

Buttons to start and stop strategy is replaced with this:
Waiting for Master Contracts

Strategy will start automatically once master contracts are downloaded

Since I am in Analyze mode, moey is not lost. But if I am in a BIG money game, it will empty my accon.

Most funniest part is that it says last stopped date as yestrday but still in the morning its running without master contract download.
Please look into it seriously and suggest what is wrong with,
If I have to do anything specific or enable, please advise.
