how about a simple Home Assistant automation (using time as trigger)? Or something more complex like https://github.com/marq24/ha-senec-v3/blob/master/docs/battery_control/BATTERY_WITH_TIBBER.md |

...which would be fine for me but what to do in the automation? As I said, changing the price limit or any other (better) idea? I'm missing something like a "battery status" -> Load from grid (now), hold, enable discharging (normal), ... I guess that's also missing from evcc so there will be no big surprise but what would be the most appropriate workaround? Or did I miss something?
THANKS

So you have no entities/switches in HA for your home battery (directly) ?! |

I know the evcc team is working on really clever stuff but for now I would like to pump my home battery full each night between 2-4am. However, how to do that? Is the easiest way to set the price limit very high for that time? Or any other recommendation?
On the other hand, I would like to control my battery that it's not discharging when the grid price is only slightly higher than the price I loaded the battery for. So I would like to hold the power for more expensive times... Any idea?
Thanks,
Thomas
