Simple connected components and force segmentation

The simple connected components does not work with the force segmentation. Also, the simple connected components is not explained in the tutorials and or terminal help. This will have to be improved.

The use of exclusions is allowed in simple segmentation, meaning potentially things are not segmented. Meaning force segmentation does have additional advantages even for simple segmentation.
