Customizable post-download action

Right now, after having downloaded the asset, Stew will extract the archive (if needed) and move the specified file to a predefined directory.

It would be nice if we could use a customizable script or command. This would allow to install and update distro packages (e.g. deb, rpm) that are distributed in github releases without proper repositories.

would also be useful for some binaries that are nested in archived folders (like a tar.gz inside a zip folder)
And as you said, would be useful for distro packages as well

(Currently only one i'm aware of is jj_tui, which is released as a zip, but contains a .tar.gz archive that holds the binary)
