iterative filter and plot update/save #2
Description
Add feature that allows selection of points, button to remove selected points (w/o file download), and update plot - this can happen before user downloads the filtered data OR just remove points immediately on plot selection then save result automatically or on user submit. Both options should be responsive to clearing selection based on last or all after last save/initial plot, as currently works.
