Before I attempt creating new documentation for the announcements page (i.e., what you see at /admin/announcements), I figured I should file an issue in case there's some reason this isn't documented already. As a new moderator at social.coop I found it confusing to discover where/how to post new announcements. It took some trial and error, logging in as the admin user and comparing the options available vs. my moderator level permissions. I searched online and discovered technical documentation about API endpoints and entities, but providing end-user docs about how to post/manage announcements seems like something that could help future new moderators.
