[Enhancement] Select tag list for copy tag feature

The current copy tag feature does wonders, but only one tag at a time can be copied.

Summary

When trying to copy a tag, ask user weither he wants to copy a single tag or a list of tags (currently tags can only be copied one by one).

Currently

At the right of each tag, users can open a "copy tag" menu, chosing where (website and container) the tag should be copied

Hi @SW-Vincent . Thank you for taking the time to submit this idea for enhancement and including helpful images. I'm adding this to our backlog and letting our Product team know about it so that it can be assessed for priority.

Thanks for creating this ticket.
We have a separate ticket for making tables work in a way where you can select multiple rows (reports, tags, users, ...) and do actions across all selected rows. To me, that seems preferable over adding it to "copy X" functionality. However, the adjustment to the table component is probably quite a large piece of work and unfortunately won't be picked up anytime soon.

Let me know what you think is the right approach
