As CIO or CISO or CTO or Privacy Officer, you want to receive email notifications when a team publishes new changes.

Example: Marketing team publishes new changes and they may have forgotten to seek approval for embedding a new tag which now sends data to a third party.

Example: A malicious employee posts a custom code snippet to steal cookies / credentials.

Thank you for creating this issue @tsteur . This sounds like a good enhancement. I think we could try doing something similar to what we do for the CustomAlerts plugin but for MTM changes.
