Add Coveralls and other integrations #20
Description
This wasn't quite as important as just getting PHPUnit and other CI integrations going, but adding Coveralls and other tools to the project will help monitor project quality over time. Possible options include:
- Coveralls (or other measure of test coverage)
- CodeClimate (more thorough code analysis than what CodeSniffer can offer)
- Waffle or other PM view (for now we can try GH Projects, but more options might be better)
- Badges on project readme
