I do not know how the current implementation works, but I believe you can only claim from the browser you performed the withdrawal. It should be possible to claim based on just the tx hash. (Or preferably if we could list all withdrawals waiting. That would be better).
Partner had a withdrawal claim problem on Era recently (transaction listed, but no button to claim). The workaround is to use zksync-cli or https://syncswap.xyz/move
