How to updatemultiple column Values using sqlBuilder

I Have this method to take table name as parameter and list of DynamicColumnValues the represents an object contains column name and it's new value , i want to construct builder query to append all sent column names and corresponding values to SET method:

public void Update(string tableName, List<DynamicColumnValues> columnValues, string where)
        {
//I need to do my insert query here
        }
