Timelapse is set to ON on the Print dialog but no timelapse was recorded. Scanning for Timelapse on Archives does not show a timelapse from the print.

This happens randomly. 2 previous jobs on PETG recorded just fine, next job with PLA did not. The following job on PLA recorded just fine.

Found it, and there were two separate faults.

The automatic scan looked for the video four times over about 65 seconds after the print ended, then stopped. Your printer writes the video only once the print is finished, and a P1S writes a large AVI and serves it slowly, so it often arrives after that window closed. Checking 247 support packages, the scan found the video on the first look 272 times and then 17, 13 and 13 times on the later ones - a flat tail against the cutoff, which is what it looks like when files are still arriving as you stop looking. Overall only 262 of 457 automatic scans ever attached anything.

Scanning by hand could not rescue it either. A printer in LAN Only mode never reaches Bambu's time server, so the timestamps in the video filename and in the file listing drift - one printer in the reports was six and a half days out. Every method the Scan button had was based on those timestamps, so on a drifted printer it could never match.

What changed: the scan now keeps looking for several minutes, and it compares the printer's video folder against a list taken when the print started, which needs no clock at all. That list is saved with the archive, so the Scan button now uses the same comparison instead of guessing from timestamps. Bambuddy also removes the video from the printer once it has been archived - your copy lives in the archive, and it stops the card filling up with old AVIs.

One more thing found along the way: a transfer that ended early could attach a partial video as if it were complete. Downloads are now checked against the size the printer reports, and again afterwards to confirm the printer has finished writing.
