ALVR Support non existent.

Due to MCXR linking directly to the Oculus Software, when using third party softwares like ALVR for linking headsets, it does not detect the Quest 2.

vivecraft works well with alvr, even on Linux

MCXR is dead, doubt any fixes for issues will be addressed for the foreseeable future

questcraft was keeping it alive after sorenon ended it but they switched to vivecraft so
