Define Sniffer

Description

As a user, I would like to have UDS sniffing entity available, so I can quickly configure an object that observes but does not take part in the communication.

Acceptance Criteria

• sniffer sub-package created
• Sniffer class defined
  • method/attribute for all messages that were exchanged for configured entity
  • transport interface and addressing information configuration
  • use similar names as per Client class if possible
• Update User Guide with Sniffer tutorial
