Deprecation Warning Setuptools

Following a recent install of bigscape using the conda/mamba guidelines, I receive the following warning when running bigscape:

See https://setuptools.pypa.io/en/latest/pkg_resources.html. The pkg_resources package is slated for removal as early as 2025-11-30. Refrain from using this package or pin to Setuptools<81.

It is probably wise to quickly address this given the specified deprecation date (30-11-2025) by pinning setuptools.

Alternatively, uv's lock.uv file can be considered for fully reproducible builds, although this will probably need a bigger intervention.

pkg_resources is likely being superceded by the native importlib.resources. I'll see if I can use that instead
