DOCS: Add Minimum Specifications for VM and Server Hosting

In the documentation, if possible, there is need to add minimum server/VM specifications to aid in provisioning a server to host the application.

Some that will aid include:

1. Minimum Number of CPU Cores
2. Minimum amount or RAM
3. Minimum Disk Space
