docs: add Beauty Diagram to community integrations

Beauty Diagram is a browser-based tool that takes Mermaid source and
renders polished, shareable SVG diagrams for slides and documentation.
Added under the Productivity tools section, alongside similar in-browser
Mermaid editors, and regenerated the published docs via
`pnpm --filter mermaid run docs:build`.
