HTML is sent as text/plain

When sikka block me on my website, the captcha page is sent as text/plain. It's happend on chromuim (Version 41.0.2272.76 Ubuntu 15.04 (64-bit)) and on chrome

No, I think that you should remove it... Why ?
It block googlebot, and in my case the title was: I am a Human - ful*a*h*.net because google had detected duplicate content with an other website,
I think that these solution are better but not complete;

• zeroasterisk:throttle ; A secure means of limiting interactions (emails, etc)
• browser-policy ; Configure security policies enforced by the browser
