Replace the old Cache service with the new one

Essentially, the issue is that the current codebase is using a crappy Cache service located inside DoomMapGuessr.App project.

We need to completely refactor that part and use the new cache service.

This is extremely important we can finally start working on the database service (because we need a way to fetch and store the database - hence the caching service).
