When I uploaded a PDF document on the Papermark website, after waiting for a while, the website prompted "An error occurred while uploading the file." The upload was unsuccessful. I've tried many times, but it still didn't work.

@lcq225 Could you share a few more details so we can look into it? For example:

• A screenshot of the failed request in the network tab
• The size of the PDF
• Your browser and operating system

Or any other information that might help us figure out what’s going wrong.
