Cleanup: Remove SHAPES weightDriver MEL files no longer bundled

These MEL scripts (AEweightDriverTemplate, weightDriverEditRBF,
weightDriverUpdateEvaluation) shipped with the original SHAPES RBF
weightDriver. mGear now uses its own weightDriver variant, so these
upstream MEL files are no longer needed.
