Update manipulator plugin to version 1.4.1

The manipulator plugin has actual version 1.4.1 with more features like camel case and others. I have installed it and it works fine

The official plugin channel has not been actively maintained in a while, a lot of the plugins in there are out of date. There is an ongoing discussion about the situation in #4002.
