Negative values should be invalid for DNA absorbance (JGI submissions) #342
Description
Recently had a user submit negative values for the 260/230 absorbance column in the JGI metadata. This value and 260/280 cannot be negative.
Add no negative values allowed to the regex to the DNA absorb slots.
