Regulator U3 input incorrectly configured #7
Description
The 10R/1uF of R60 and C37 currently connecting to the enable pin 3 of the regulator u3 should connect to pin 4 IN of U3 to correctly decouple the regulator input, not the enable pin. A pull up from the IN pin should then go to the Enable, perhaps with its own cap to provide some startup delay/noise filtering. It clearly works now, but placing the 1uF cap C37 directly on the regulator input would improve stability. Might be worth considering if the design gets updated.
