Haven't received the prize yet for our Best Python Agent Win

Hi Everyone,
My team did fill the documents as requested and after submitting we were told that the prize money would be received within 3-5 business days but we didn't receive anything yet. When I raised a ticket with askp2p@microsoft.com, there were asking for invoice number but i don't think we were given any invoice number. Can anyone help us with this issue?
