OctoFit is a gamified fitness engagement app that uses OpenAI agents to coach, challenge, and motivate users across four fitness houses: Kraken, Rayzor, Siren, and Manta. It blends the fun of Hogwarts house points with fitness streaks, personalized challenges, and a chatbot coach.

Hi judges! 👋 Just wanted to add a quick note of context:

This project was created solo — from concept to implementation — and I submitted before the deadline with all the core features working: GPT-powered coaching, activity tracking, streaks, house sorting, and onboarding quiz design.

Since then, I haven’t added new features yet because I wasn’t sure if updates after the deadline were allowed. Now that I know I can still refine things, I’ll be adding a few stretch goals I had in mind — including deeper CoachBot logic and improved house onboarding personalization.
