KQL Anomaly Detection series_decompose_anomalies() returns empty anomalies

I am using KQL Anomaly Detection on our Kusto data using series_decompose_anomalies() with average method, and for certain time frames, I am getting empty anomalies and empty anomaly scores. What could be causing this?
