[BUG] Exported sample projects don't compile; there are a bunch of namespace / type missing errors

Describe the bug
Trying to export a sample project results in a non-working VS solution. It is missing several types and namespaces. A colleague tells me it is missing the SharedCode project. I tried both the Text Generation and Background Removal samples.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start with clean machine, only VS and AI Dev Gallery installed.
2. Run AI Dev Gallery.
3. Go to "AI APIs" on the left rail.
4. Go to Image Segmentation -> Background Remover.
5. Click "Export sample" in the top-right corner.
6. Choose location, wait for sample to be created.
7. Open the sample in VS.
8. Build it.
   Expected behavior
   The project builds without warnings or errors.

I copied the SharedCode project from the Dev Gallery GitHub repo and that brings in other errors, for example a missing NAudio dependency. I added that nuget package and then get even more errors.
