Broken link in README.MD

Describe the bug
The README.MD file has a bad link.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on 'this short anonymous survey" link in the "Are you using Presidio? We'd love to know how" section.
3. Error: "This form doesn't exist. Please make sure the link is correct and try again."

Expected behavior
Seeing the form that corresponds to the URL.

Step #1 in the Repro Steps didn't format properly. It should say "Go to https://github.com/microsoft/presidio/"
