Copilot sending backtick followed by a number is always seen as vscodecontentref

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Discuss .NET generic type metadata with Copilot (like List`1).
2. if Copilot sends List`1, it is rendered with a link like http://vscoddecontentref/1

Thanks for reporting this — this looks like markdown auto-link parsing treating backtick+number as vscodecontentref.

This breaks .NET generic type display (e.g. List1).
The output should remain inline code and not be converted into vscodecontentref links.
