Is it possible to highlight the sections in this so that the user can understand the sections better instead of same text for file names and the sections.

Those sections are called ResourceGroups. AFAICT they're not currently themable color-wise. However IMO they already stand out a bit from other items in the tree because of their numeric badges on the right-hand end.
