Incorrect and potentially obscured errors for field length overflow #353
Description
Multiselect fields are still (understandably) limited by the underlying field length.
Where an overflow selection is made and no other core validation errors are showing, the incorrect error "Set the field __________ to use suggested values rather than allowed values" shows at the bottom of the form, with the correct error, "The value for field '________' is too long." shown at the top of the form.
Where an overflow selection is made, and a core validation error (such as from a missing title value) is showing, the only related error message is the incorrect error "Set the field __________ to use suggested values rather than allowed values" at the bottom of the form
