Multivalue Control Not Loading

On our work item page layout, the multivalue control is not loading - now allowing users to select multiple items from the drop down picklist. Screenshot below.

Hi! Is this happening all the time or is it an intermittent issue? Could you check the logs/network logs in your browser when this happens? What browser and browser version are you using?

All the time, and have used Chrome and Edge (latest versions). Additionally, we've noticed that it seems to only not load for guest accounts in our ADO environment.

Re: the network logs, I can't pull those up using the GFEs that the guest accounts use to access.
