Buttons disappearing in extensions screen in r7574 #3046

Steps to reproduce

Install a extension
Uninstall it
Now the webview and install button for that extension disappears until app restart

Expected behavior

Buttons showing like other available extensions

Actual behavior

Buttons disappearing
