Custom registration

Upon checking the codebase, it seems that socialiter will create a new user automatically if he is not registered yet, which is a good thing. Problem is that I may have a custom way of creating users which requires me to define more attributes than what is being defined by socialiter. Is there any way to customized this approach? Thanks.

@mrethical, this is a good idea. I'll be happy to consider a PR with these changes, I'm not sure how soon I'll be able to get to this myself.
