Upload to heroku

Hello, I want to upload it to heroku, but When It starting, I'm getting this:

Procfile:

web: printenv && chmod +x ./wsproxy && ./wsproxy localhost:$PORT

buildpack: https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-c

try specify only port without localhost:

thank, it works, but:
when I'm setting address to 'wsproxy://my-app.herokuapp.com:PORT/', networking not working and I'm getting warnings in console:

WebSocket connection to 'ws://my-app.herokuapp.com:PORT/u/ms.xash.su:27010' failed: WebSocket is closed before the connection is established.

I'm tried to serve port on http and https. (and connect with port 80)
