Making bags downloadable #69

Hello, I am trying to make bags downloadable following the instructions provided but I am having some issues. I start the Symfony server and run

curl -v -H "Islandora-Node-ID: 4" http://127.0.0.1:8001/api/createbag

(with the corresponding node number) which generates this {"nid":"2","location":"127.0.0.1:8000\/tmp2.zip","created":"2021-06-18T17:43:02+0000"}
I then run ./bin/console app:islandora_bagger:create_bag --settings=sample_config.yml --node=2 with output_dir: /tmp and app.bag.download.prefix:127.0.0.1:8000/tmp which generates this message

[OK] Bag created for http://localhost:8000/node/2 at /tmp/2.zip

I probably did something wrong but if not, I am unsure where to go from here to download the file.
Any help would be appreciated :).
