Filter Dropdowns hidden by torrent list element

Describe the bug
Drop downs for category, tag, and tracker filters in desktop view are being composited behind torrent list.

EDIT: Got new info! see new screenshot: these three filters are actually becoming a child of the menubar and making the whole thing v-scrollable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
drop downs should be in topmost layer.
