EfficientNet Lite 4 version

Hi,
I see in the repo that efficient net lite version 0-4 should be available but when I call
pip install efficientnet_lite4_pytorch_model I get that there is no such package. It works fine for versions 0-2. Could you please give me a hint what I'm missing here?

Yeah, I only got up to Lite0-2 and would need to add the rest. I'll update this thread once they have been added.
