Feature support gaps for datasets

Hi everyone,

Where can one find an exhaustive list of feature types not yet supported but which are increasingly required for dataset within mlcroissant?
So far we noticed one feature type is video (also requested in #788). I will pick it up unless anyone else already works on it or there are any reasons not to do it.
