FEATURE: Launch from within steam so mods dont break

Would be nice to have a script to change the "update" button to "play" via putting in the lastest IDs into the one file to fool the Steam client into thinking it has been updated and therefore be able to play without breaking your mod setup.

This should be an external project instead, i think it's outside of the scope of this app, which is purely based on refining the user experience around the depot downloading process.
