Add linux ARM64 support

I really want this on my rpi4

please consider ARM64 linux

Sadly, Linux is currently broken. If I can't package for Linux I also can't package for ARM64.

Linux AppImages are currently broken. Spawning a Command when running directly from pnpm works fine, and when built locally to an AppImage as well, but when the AppImage is built by GH actions, no subprocess is spawned. The program also doesn't seem to output any errors so there is not an easy way to debug it. https://github.com/HuakunShen/tauri-plugin-shellx has been tried but this doesn't seem to matter, indicating that this is not a Tauri manifest permissions issue.
Further development will be stale for as long as it takes to find a fix for this, as Linux support and AppImages being functional is essential.
Furthermore, cargo is terribly slow with recompiling. This hinders the development process significantly.
