support multi-page for list of campaign page

Right now all campaigns are listed on the same page which make it difficult to navigate. Can we make them span multiple pages, with a knob for them to configure # of items per pages and total number of items.. I think Steve did this on the campaign monitoring tool, but with number of users..

I handled it using dynatable, which is not something we're likely to implement here, since the scope is quite different.
