Overview

Right now, new issues are only tracked via the Issues page. The Projects page provides a spreadsheet-like dense view of issues to improve, well, project management. I have a personalized prioritized backlog, and would like to be able to easily expand it simply by assigning myself (instead of also having to add the issue to the project).

All new issues (not necessarily PRs) should be automatically added to our "maintenance reboot" project.
