The landing page of the repository (and of the .io site) needs to have an introduction giving a high-level description of what the method is about. Similar to the attached cartoon

Also, you need more text to describe the different steps.
Additionally, references to the sources of your GEM models (stored in the data/ folder). Where do they come from?
