Add a "Wake PC & Connect" option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When connecting to my PC, I first have to use "Wake PC" in moonlight, wait 10 seconds, then click again to connect. In that 10 seconds, I usually alt+tab to another application which slows down how long it takes before I actually connect.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if there was an option to "Wake PC & Connect". Then I can immediately click that once moonlight starts up.

If we want to take it further, it could even replace the "Wake PC" option by default. I know for myself, the only reason I wake my PC is to connect to it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is an alternative feature request (#1159) which involves auto waking up hosts on startup. But that still doesn't fix the issue as I still have to wait 10 seconds before I can click "connect".

One alternative could be to have an option to "Auto wake up & connect" option if you only have one PC in your moonlight.
